The unique “food lab Muenster” is a competence team at Muenster University of Applied Sciences under the direction of Prof. Dr. Guido Ritter, which is proactively dedicated to questions about sustainable food in projects with and without external partners. The food lab combines competence and technology for the training of students, for research into relevant questions of the future and for the promotion of food culture. Its aim is to close the gap between science, crafts and gastronomy and to be a place for innovations from the region.
