Overview
Healthcare institutions in Flanders waste approximately 15 240 ton a year. The sector faces unique challenges such as non-voluntary consumers and unpredictable numbers of clients. To tackle this, FoodWIN proposes an immersive, participatory process including following steps:
1: measuring food waste
2: finding solutions
3: testing and monitoring
