Overview
Focusing on the first twenty months of the project (July 2015 to February 2017) the report summarises the purpose of this work and goes on to explain what is meant by a Framework Agreement (FA) within the context of REFRESH. The report continues with four individual Country Reports, each providing a standalone account of the progress made within that country.
